This project is part of a long-term plan to extend Lake Hazel Road to Eisenman Road and Isaac’s Canyon Interchange at I-84. Some of the main features to this project were the installation of new traffic signals, construction of additional thru and turn lanes, new curb, gutter and sidewalk, construct bike lanes and build a bridge over the New York Canal.

The project required:
Excavating and removal of 5000 cubic yards of material
100,000 cubic yards of 3” minus borrow
Curb gutter and sidewalk prep
Installation of 5,100 tons ¾” aggregate road base
Paving 5,500 tons SP-3 Asphalt

Construction was completed mid-summer, July 2018
