3rd Annual Love Idaho Event Gets Boost from Sunroc

Last month, Sunroc partnered with local businesses once again for the 3rd Annual Love Idaho event at LakeView Park in Nampa, Idaho. Sunroc proudly donated $5,000 this year to help provide free services for the local community. 

“Seeing the positive impact of our support in the first two years of Love Idaho helped us decide to continue our backing in 2023 by donating at the highest tier possible,” said Andy Phelps, Concrete Area Manager at Sunroc. “One of our long-time customers started this event to support the community and bring people together, and we wanted to be part of that. This cause aligns perfectly with Sunroc’s mission of Building a Better Community.” 

The event is put on annually by the Christian Faith Center Español Campus, driven by their mission of “loving people to life.” They distribute food and supplies to community members, and Sunroc’s donation ensured more families in Nampa benefited. 

Attendees at Love Idaho enjoyed free medical check-ups, boxes of food, clothing, school supplies, hot meals, ice cream, live music, prayer tents, and various family activities and prizes. It was an event not soon to be forgotten by attendees. 

Sunroc remains excited and committed to be part of events such as Love Idaho that bring the community closer, reminding us all of the power of unity and collaboration.
